Fried Egg With Soy Sauce Day 6



Ingredients:

2 large eggs
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
A pinch of salt and pepper (optional)

Instructions:

Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them lightly with a fork.
Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and let them cook for about 1-2 minutes or until the bottom is lightly browned.
Using a spatula, flip the eggs over and cook for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute until the other side is lightly browned as well.
Remove the eggs from the pan and place them on a plate.
Drizzle the soy sauce over the fried eggs.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper if desired.
Serve the fried eggs with steamed rice or as a side dish to your favorite Malay meal.
