Oatmeal with Almond Butter and Bananas Sahur Day 2


Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats
2 cups water
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup almond butter
1 ripe banana, sliced
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Instructions:

In a medium-sized saucepan, bring the water and salt to a boil.
Add in the rolled oats and stir well. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the oats are cooked and the mixture has thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in the almond butter, sliced banana, and honey.
If desired, sprinkle chia seeds on top for added nutrition and texture.
Serve hot and enjoy your wholesome suhoor meal!

Note: You can also add in other toppings like berries, nuts, or cinnamon to switch up the flavors. Adjust the sweetness to your preference by adding more or less honey.
